Bridal appointments are available at The Caledon Hotel & Spa, Caledon Grace, farms, guest accommodation and wedding properties in the surrounding countryside, including routes toward De Oudekraal and Theewaterskloof. Rural venues may require extra driving or gate access, so the exact pin is used when the schedule is prepared. This gives you enough time for every service and avoids unnecessary pressure before the ceremony.
Country Calm Supported by Professional Planning
At your trial, Kay-Lee asks how you normally wear your hair and makeup and what you want to feel on the wedding day. The look is built collaboratively, allowing you to compare finishes and adjust the level of polish. Veils, headpieces and earrings are considered together so the result remains balanced rather than assembled from separate ideas. The wedding-morning service comes to your Caledon venue or accommodation. Bridesmaids and relatives can reserve hair, makeup or both within a planned sequence. For larger groups or time constraints, assistants can be arranged so everyone is ready on time. If a large group must be ready early or travel together to another property, trusted professionals can assist. For fewer services and a comfortable timeline, the preparation can remain a smaller personal appointment.

How does the trial session work?
The trial is a collaborative appointment where we refine the makeup, hairstyle and accessories on you. It also gives us a reliable service time for your Caledon wedding schedule.
Do you travel and what is the costs?
Yes. Kay-Lee travels to hotels, farms and private venues throughout Caledon and the surrounding Overberg. Your exact address and access requirements are reflected in the quote.
Are you capable of handling a big bridal party?
Yes. Hair and makeup can be arranged for your bridal party. For larger groups or time constraints, assistants can be arranged so everyone receives attentive service and is ready on time.
