Robertson is known for roses, vines and generous sunshine against the Langeberg mountains. Kay-Lee creates makeup that looks fresh in that outdoor light, keeping the complexion dimensional and refining each feature without hiding it. Hair is designed around your texture, neckline and accessories, with the structure needed for warm afternoons and movement between garden photographs and the reception. The creative direction remains yours, whether you prefer natural softness or more defined bridal glamour.
To create a finish that lasts and photographs beautifully, Kay-Lee uses high-end products from some of the industry’s most trusted brands, including Bobbi Brown, MAC, Estée Lauder, Benefit, NARS, Fenty, Chanel and Kylie Cosmetics.
Kay-Lee prepares brides at Excelsior Estate, Bon Cap, Fraai Uitzicht, Mo & Rose and wedding properties throughout the Robertson Valley. Country estates often include accommodation, ceremony lawns and reception spaces spread across the farm. The route between them, photographer timing and seasonal temperature are considered when the morning schedule is created.

At the trial, Kay-Lee explores your references, tests the complexion finish and develops the hairstyle from every angle. Flowers, veils and jewellery can be incorporated so the full bridal design feels balanced. You can make changes as the look develops and leave with clarity about how you will appear and feel on the day. The wedding service comes to your Robertson venue or accommodation. Bridesmaids, mothers and loved ones may add appointments. For larger groups or time constraints, assistants can be arranged so everyone is ready on time.

From the moment she arrived on the morning of my wedding, she brought such a calm, comforting energy that completely put me at ease during what could have been a very overwhelming morning. I was so relaxed in her chair that I genuinely almost fell asleep! Not only is she unbelievably talented - my makeup was the best it has ever looked - but she also handled everything with such grace and professionalism. We even had a few extra people unexpectedly wanting makeup done on the day, and she didn’t stress or make it an issue for a second. She accommodated everyone so calmly and kindly. She also organised the hair artist for us, and the two of them worked together like an absolute dream team. Everything ran so smoothly, they arrived early, and somehow we even finished early, which any bride knows is almost unheard of on a wedding day - especially with extra people added in! She truly was one of the highlights of my wedding day. She looked after me so beautifully from start to finish, and I am beyond grateful that she was part of such a special day. This was the most special day for both my son and my daughter. It was Andrew's Milnerton HS Matric Dance and he chose to take his special needs sister along for the ride as in his words, she will never get to experience this in her life. I chose Kay Lee as she immediately wanted to meet chloe and make her feel.comfortable with the whole process as chloe had never worn makeup. How does the trial session work?
The trial is where we develop and photograph your complete bridal look, test accessories and make choices for Robertson’s warm vineyard conditions.
Do you travel and what is the costs?
Yes. Kay-Lee travels to wine estates, farms and accommodation throughout Robertson. Travel, venue access and any overnight requirement are detailed in your proposal.
Are you capable of handling a big bridal party?
Yes. Hair and makeup can be arranged for your bridal party. For larger groups or time constraints, assistants can be arranged so everyone receives attentive service and is ready on time.
