On-location bookings cover the Botrivier Valley, including Gabriëlskloof, Wildekrans Wine Estate, Beaumont Family Wines and properties toward the Bot River Lagoon. Kay-Lee also prepares brides at local farms, guest accommodation and private venues. The distance between your room, ceremony and photography location is considered before the start time is confirmed, helping a rural wedding morning remain easy rather than rushed.

The trial gives you a dedicated space to decide what feels right away from the pressure of the wedding day. Kay-Lee assesses your skin and hair, tests the full design and makes changes as you see the look develop. On the day, Kay-Lee arrives at your Botrivier property with the confirmed plan and professional setup. Bridesmaids and family can add hair or makeup appointments to the schedule. For larger groups or time constraints, assistants can be arranged so everyone is ready on time.

It was Andrew's Milnerton HS Matric Dance and he chose to take his special needs sister along for the ride as in his words, she will never get to experience this in her life. Kay-Lee did an amazing job with my hair and make up for my Valentines Beach Wedding ♥️ She understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen! As I live in Ireland we didn't have time for a trial run so we only met on the afternoon of my big day. The wind was horrendous on the day and there was no plan B! I honestly cannot recommend kay-Lee enough. From the moment she arrived on the morning of my wedding, she brought such a calm, comforting energy that completely put me at ease during what could have been a very overwhelming morning. I was so relaxed in her chair that I genuinely almost fell asleep! Not only is she unbelievably talented - my makeup was the best it has ever looked - but she also handled everything with such grace and professionalism. We even had a few extra people unexpectedly wanting makeup done on the day, and she didn’t stress or make it an issue for a second. She accommodated everyone so calmly and kindly. She also organised the hair artist for us, and the two of them worked together like an absolute dream team. Everything ran so smoothly, they arrived early, and somehow we even finished early, which any bride knows is almost unheard of on a wedding day - especially with extra people added in! She truly was one of the highlights of my wedding day. She looked after me so beautifully from start to finish, and I am beyond grateful that she was part of such a special day. How does the trial session work?
At your trial we develop the complete look on you, check the finish in natural light and test any accessories. This allows us to make confident choices before your Botrivier wedding morning.
Do you travel and what is the costs?
Yes. Kay-Lee travels to wine farms, lodges and private properties across Botrivier and the surrounding valley. Travel is calculated from your preparation address and required arrival time.
Are you capable of handling a big bridal party?
Yes. Hair and makeup can be arranged for your bridal party. For larger groups or time constraints, assistants can be arranged so everyone receives attentive service and is ready on time.
